To enter, you must complete the Burger By Design entry form in any Burger Burger Restaurants (Ponsonby, Newmarket, Takapuna, The Mount, Christchurch and Torbay) or complete an entry form through the “Burger By Design” App found (www.burgerbydesign.co.nz).

1. The Promoter is Burger Burger Limited.

2. Instructions on how to enter and information on prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry into the prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

4. The competition is open to all New Zealand residents except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any other companies associated with the promotion.

5. To enter, you need to submit an entry between Wednesday 4th October 2023 and Wednesday 25th October 2023. Entries will be accepted in-store at any Burger Burger Restaurant (Ponsonby, Newmarket, Takapuna, The Mount, Christchurch & Torbay) or completed designs from the Burger By Design Facebook app found on Burger Burger’s Facebook or website page.

6. You may enter as many times as you like. Each entry must be on an original entry form that includes your name and email address. All entries close at midday on Wednesday 25th October, 2023.

7. The 3 burger entry winners will be notified no later than midnight on Wednesday 25th October, 2023 and the winners will be notified by email from Holly Speer at holly@burgerburger.co.nz.

8. If a winner does not respond to the email from holly@burgerburger.co.nz within 2 days from the date the email is sent, that winner shall forfeit the prize and a new winner shall be chosen to replace them.

9. Winners must be available to attend the one-on-one recipe development opportunity with Executive Chef of Burger Burger, Mike Slaven on the 27th October
or they will forfeit the prize.

10. The top 3 burger entry winners agree to their name and photograph being used for any publicity purposes across both Burger Burger & Mainland NZ.

11. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The prizes cannot be varied and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the winning entries. Tampering with the entry process, or submitting an entry not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, will disqualify the entry.

14. The Promoter takes no responsibility for [lost, damaged, misdirected, late or illegible entries or] any entries that for whatever reason, are not received by the Promoter or are incomplete.

15. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, servers or providers, or any combination thereof. Nor is it responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to alteration of entries. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or modify this promotion.

16. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of the receipt in to the Burger By Design promotion database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.

17. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury by or to any person in connection with this promotion or with winning or benefiting from a prize.
